August 21, 2013 — Burnaby, BC  Taiga Announces August Note Interest Payment

Taiga Building Products Ltd. (“Taiga”) (TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) announces that it will be paying the monthly interest payment of $11.6667 per each outstanding $1,000 principal amount subordinated note (a “Note”). The payment will be made to Note holders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013 and will be payable on September 16, 2013.

On August 15, 2013, Taiga paid the July monthly interest payment of $11.6667 per Note to Note holders of record at the close of business on July 28, 2013.
