Taiga’s (TBL) Peter Buecking resigns as a director of Taiga

BURNABY, BC, August 13, 2019 - Taiga Building Products Ltd. (“Taiga” or the “Company”) today announces that Peter Buecking has resigned as a director of the Company.

Mr. Buecking is resigning to focus on spending time with his family in retirement.  Mr. Buecking originally joined Taiga’s board on November 7, 2006.  Mr. Buecking also served on the Audit Committee.

Mr. Buecking’s leadership and guidance will be missed and Taiga thanks him for his many contributions to the Company over the years.  Taiga wishes him and his family well in retirement.
