About Taiga Building Products:
Taiga Building Products is one of Canada’s largest wholesale distributors of building materials. We’re looking for a motivated person to join our Burnaby team for a full-time administrative support role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on office experience in a professional corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital records
- Scan, label, and upload documents to the appropriate systems and folders
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, sorting, and data entry
- Keep filing areas and shared workspaces tidy and well-organized
- Run reports to send to our staff and customers
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on routine tasks
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scanning, file management, Microsoft Office)
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation: $ 20/hour
