Taiga Building Products – Winnipeg Branch has a full-time, permanent Administrator position available, the successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and be primarily responsible for performing various administrative duties servicing the Winnipeg, Regina & Saskatoon Branches.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, billing, and payment tracking.
- Serve as backup for answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately.
- Accept and coordinate couriers to various locations.
- Maintain various filing systems for documents and contracts.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales, and logistics performance.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned within this role.
Skills and Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration or Reception.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining filing systems.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in administrative and office service duties.
- Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
