Taiga Building Products – Milton Branch has a full-time, permanent opening for an experienced EWP Sales Representative. As a key member of the sales team, the EWP Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for generating sales of engineered wood products to customers within the assigned service area.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Creating sales, complete the order process which includes offering pricing and terms according to established margins and generating sales orders.
- Determine our customers’ needs, drive our EWP business, and explore new opportunities.
- Ensures customers are provided with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
- Prepares quotations and process orders on behalf of other sales staff when needed.
- Responds to customers’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner, including advising customers on detailed product knowledge.
- Managing product lines within the branch, including managing inventory, pricing, product knowledge training, attending national calls, and being accountable for turns and earns.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- PREFERRED – Lumber industry experience.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Team player, individual go-getter.
- Proven record delivering superior customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and polished in appearance.
