Taiga Building Products – Rocklin has a full-time, permanent opening for an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, support staff, and ensure the branch runs smoothly. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both administrative and operational teams. Key responsibilities include managing office workflow, maintaining records, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating meetings, handling accounts payable and invoicing, implementing process improvements, maintaining office equipment, liaising with vendors, and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities, and fosters a positive, productive office culture.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software
- Knowledge of building products, distribution, or related industries preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
- Familiarity with basic accounting, payroll, and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, staff, and management
- Understanding of HR practices including employee records
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily office operations and workflow to ensure smooth, efficient administrative function.
- Implement process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate vendor and service provider relationships.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Work with Operations, Sales, and Management to ensure optimal team performance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Pay: $25 to $35 /Hour. (based on experience and qualifications)
