General Labourer

Taiga Building Products — We have a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT opportunity in our Envirofor Preservers (ON), Monetville Plant for a General Laborer.

• Working knowledge of computers and the capacity to learn new programs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy weights of 50lbs repetitively
• Good track record of attendance
• Lumber or Building materials experience is an asset
• Working knowledge of RF Scanners in a WMS environment is an asset
• Focused on maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors
• Forklift experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Working in the wrapping department
2. Working in the sorting department
3. Clean and organize work stations
4. Inventory Control
5. Helps others as time permits

Regular Shift Timing:
6:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday
6:00am – 2:30pm Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Monetville Plant: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
