Warehouse Worker

Taiga Building Products is looking for a permanent, full-time Warehouse Worker to join our Dartmouth branch. In this dynamic role, you will assist with a variety of tasks in and around the warehouse or yard to help keep operations running smoothly. Working closely with supervisors and team members, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting daily activities.

• Working knowledge of computers and the capacity to learn new programs

• Organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy weights of 50lbs repetitively
• Good track record of attendance
• Lumber or Building materials experience is an asset
• Forklift experience preferred
• Working knowledge of RF Scanners in a WMS environment is an asset
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain safety procedures
• Focused on maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors
