General Labourer

Taiga Building Products — We have a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT opportunity in our Sudbury branch for a General Labourer/Yard worker .

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of computers is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy weights of 50lbs repetitively
• Good track record of attendance
• Lumber or Building materials experience is an asset
• Working knowledge of RF Scanners in a WMS environment is an asset
• Focused on maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors
• Forklift experience preferred

1. Organizes product in the yard
2. Replenishes stocking levels
3. Preps product for shipment
4. Inventory Control
5. Helps others as time permits

Regular Shift Timing: 8 hours/day: 40 hours/week
